01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Sflix (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 The service
Sflix is a free indexing and discovery platform for movies and TV shows. We do not host any media files; the Service only links to content available on third-party services that are not owned or operated by Sflix.
The availability, legality, and quality of third-party content is outside our control. Use the Service at your own risk and responsibility.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure or other users' data.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) in a way that disrupts normal operation.

04 Intellectual property
The Sflix name, logo, design, and original site content are the property of Sflix and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party movie and TV titles, posters, and metadata belong to their respective owners.
05 Third-party content
The Service displays links and embedded media from third parties. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any external site, service, or content. Following a third-party link is at your sole risk.

06 Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sflix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sflix, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
09 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sflix's operating entity is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
11 Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be reflected at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
